But it wasn’t just ANY thank you letter.
It was memorable and remarkable and you just know it’s going to be shown and talked about in a much greater proportion than the effort that it took to write it. But Harvey took a few seconds to be just a little bit more creative than the typical person who might jot down a quick thank you (if they even bothered to say thank you at all!)
A couple questions for you…
- Are you sending enough thank you notes to people who said YES to you?
- Are you sending enough thank you notes to people who said NO to you?
- Are you taking the opportunity offered by the note to further demonstrate how remarkable you are?
