Rest Up
We frequently talk about working smart and working hard and which hours you produce your best work… work, work, work! But let’s not overlook the importance of rest.
Downtime is important, so rest up!
BTW if it’s “down” time why do they say rest “up”?
The time you take to rest — sleep, meditate, coffee break, vacation, holiday, or recess — will be returned to you ten-fold in more creative ideas, improved problem-solving skills, a more positive attitude, more patience when dealing with family, clients, and co-workers, and most importantly — it renews the energy you need to get back to work and put more ideas into action by turning those dreams you had into reality.
