Squidoo-Over

For some reason Seth Godin’s web project Squidoo.com has been popping up on my radar recently.  I’d originally explored the site and its offerings back when Seth first launched it sometime in 2006.  I promptly created an account and began creating pages (Squidoo calls them Lenses) and would update them fairly inconsistently and infrequently.  It was kind of fun, it was kind of an experiment, but I didn’t see a whole lot of long term payoff for it (can’t recall ever seeing them pop-up in Google search results either) so I abandoned the pages and rarely visited Squidoo again.

All of a sudden Squidoo is back on my radar for some reason.  The name and link keeps popping up in conversations with friends and strangers, and just today a client asked me if I had any Squidoo lenses.  I figured the universe is telling me something, so I am moving Squidoo back on to my list of things to do and intend to dig around inside the revamped website and see if there’s anything worth dedicating some time to exploring again.

Until I have a chance to really invest some effort, here are links to all my Squidoo pages as they currently exist.  Given the fact the last time I edited some of these pages was between 2006 and 2009, there will obviously be some old information and probably some broken links — so no whining!
