Under Construction

You’ll note a dramatic change in the DTIG site design today, and may even run across a broken link or two.  Blogger.com has stopped supporting FTP updates, so I’ve had to make a major conversion to WordPress. I’ve always heard great things about WP, but it always seem too complex for my needs.  I’ve got some great folks helping me through my learning curve, but please be patient with any dead-ends you may run across as I work my way through the conversion. It’s weird to consider yourself a “newbie” again — especially since I’ve been blogging for more than 10 years!

One major advantage I’ve found it that it was a breeze to import not only the most recent incarnation of my blog, but a much earlier version containing posts all the way back to 2002!  While the post aren’t technically “new” — they may be new to YOU.  😉  Dig through the archives and relive some of my past ‘flashes of brilliance’ — there are some posts in there that I’m rather proud of and held-up over time.  I may start a “best of” series of posts to share some of my favorites.

In the meantime, thanks for excusing the mess and bearing with me through the redesign!
